What dress should I wear? Do I have shoes to match? These are the hard decisions to make as prom 2006 nears. Unique but trendy is the way to be.

Prom Night only comes once a year and this is YOUR night to shine. Of course, on every girl's mind (besides their date) is selecting the "perfect" dress. For Spring 2006 bright colors like fuchsia and turquoise is one way to go if you want to be the talk of your school. There are so many different colors to choose from sometimes it can be difficult to find just the right color for you.

Some tips to keep in mind when choosing a color would be to go by your hair color and/or skin tone. If you have light to fair skin like Nicole Kidman then you may want to choose a nice mocha or a champagne color. Also a pistachio green or watermelon may be right up your ally. If you are medium to dark skin like Halle Berry then bold colors like teal, bright oranges, greens and purples would suit you very nicely. A deep red would also accent your skin tone nicely. If you have highlighted hair then it might be fun to play around with a color and just see what you like best. Color is in for Spring 2006 but you can never go wrong with classic black no matter what skin type or hair color you have.

Every girl wants to have a picture perfect night and there is no way you can do that without the right pair of shoes. Kick up your heels and be FLASHY! All in all you want this night to be magical. If you want to go above and beyond what you ever thought you might finish your whole look with a beautiful fur wrap accented with a rhinestone broach! Probably a simple black or white wrap would get the job done but it does depend on the color of the dress. Broaches and fur wraps are so elegant and classy there is no doubt your date and the whole prom will truly be amazed. Without any question this will be the best night of your life!
