The Prom Workout

So you've found the perfect prom dress, but it's fitting a little snugger than you would like. First, realize that we have all been there. Second, understand that losing a little bit of weight is not as difficult as you may be thinking.

Begin with watching your diet. Don't indulge in foods that are high in fats and beyond the limits of carbs. Stick to fruits, veggies, and meats that are high in protein. These foods will be your body's best friend. In most cases you will see results in your diet change alone.

Along with a healthy diet should follow an active lifestyle. The best way is walking. By taking a brisk walk for one hour every day will not only shape you, get your blood flowing, but get your heart pumping. Resulting will be a more energetic you with a healthy glow. Another option is yoga. If you do choose something like yoga, make sure you do the stretches properly to avoid overdoing it and/or pulling muscles.

Remember all you need is determination and a great dress! Enjoy your prom and your new lifestyle!
