Every girl wants skin sleek as silk for an elegant prom night out. Don't worry about knicks and nasty razor burns tonight. Tiza's fashion experts are here to save the day. No Band-Aids needed. Just follow our how-to from the know-it-alls and slip into your gown. Literally.

First thing's first. Your body grows hair. Get used to it. Don't get frustrated. Now that you're following Western beauty standards, it's time to eliminate those unwanted sprouts to avoid a prom hair scare.

You've got hair...there?! Hair grows in funky places. For hard to reach and troublesome spots, like between the brows, on the upper lip or on your back, definitely use wax. No razors in delicate places. If you can't reach a patch, it's best to head to your trusted salon for a nice hot wax. Don't worry. It only stings for a second. Beauty is pain, right?

For the do-it-yourself girl, best be prepared with extra smooth shaving cream and the best of razors. Make sure to use a new razor, too. So you don't have to go over strips of leg multiple times, increasing risk of unruly knicks. Make sure to lather well and rinse your razor often for a close, clean shave.

In case of a cut (accidents happen), apply pressure immediately to stop the bleeding. If it's in a place covered by your dress, a Band-Aid will do. If the cut is exposed, wait until the bleeding stops to see how bad it really is. If it's a tiny cut, it may not show. Apply Neosporin to avoid infection.

Underarms are tricky. Shave slow and use plenty of shaving cream. Soap won't do. Move your shoulder around to expose hard to reach spots under your arms.

Now that you're beautifully bare for prom, you'll make them stare!
