Critical Critiques by Every Body

Looks great on your laptop screen, but how will a dress fit in real life? Tiza fashionistas gathered some gals of all shapes and sizes to get authentic opinions on our spotlight dresses of the season. Find your body match and learn all about your gown.

The dress: A classic cut shimmers in iridescent blue, with strategic cinches that wrap around the body and drape to the floor.

he Apple Gal: "I like the solid color. Prints and patterns sometimes make me feel like a birthday balloon. The way the fabric gathers along the waist and thighs kind of makes a shape of its own, and tapers your figure. Love the length and train."

The Pear Princess: " Absolutely gorgeous. Like, Hollywood classic. But, this is a no go for me. It's way too fitted around my rear. I need to accentuate my upper torso."

The Hourglass: "Oh, yes. If I want a movie star look, I'll definitely go with this. And the color will pretty much go with any skin color, too, whether I'm pale or tan. You can rarely find a summer and winter dress all rolled into one."

Ms. Petite: "I think it's a bit too much fabric at the bottom. It will weigh me down and I'd probably trip. There's always alterations, though. It is very beautiful and chic."

Charlize Theron red carpet dress

Lady Slender: This one is probably tapered enough to give me some curve. I love the back and the way it's shaped around my butt. If it hangs on a rack in a figure eight, I'll definitely give it a go."

More excellent critiques from your fellow shoppers!
