Tonight is MTV's annual Video Music Awards, and pretty much everyone has showed up in their finest dresses to the big event.
Beyonce, however, has totally upstaged the competition with a big announcement -- according to MTV, Beyonce announced on the red carpet that she is pregnant with her first child!
As evidenced by the photo at left, she looks beautiful/glowing/radiant/etc. as always. Congrats to the happy family!

Just days after Justin Bieber made a surprise appearance at a Taylor Swift concert -- while she was singing his hit song "Baby" -- word has leaked that the 17-year-old actor recently played a serious prank on his good friend.
Turns out, it's a part of a revamping of the show "Punk'd," Ashton Kutcher's celebrity prank show. Apparently, the show is back -- and it's not just Kutcher at the helm anymore: Each episode of the newly reborn series will feature a different celeb playing a prank on an unsuspecting target.
What the Biebs' actual prank was, however, is still under wraps. Celebrities, beware!
Is everyone excited for tonight's MTV Video Music Awards? We know we are -- and we're particularly excited to see which starlets will be decked out in their best Sherri Hill dresses. (Oh, and also, the winners.)
There should be some great acts at tonight's show -- including a joint performance by Kanye West and Jay-Z, who just released "Watch the Throne" together.

Speaking of Anne Hathaway! Check out this commercial in which the actress, then 14 apparently, gets all sad when her apparent love interest (the boy next door, obvs) is moving. The ad, for Better Homes and Gardens, may or may not be evidence of the first time Hathaway ever appeared on camera, if the YouTube poster's comments are true.

We loved Elle Fanning in Sofia Coppola's recent movie "Somewhere" -- and it turns out the younger Fanning sister (Dakota is the elder of the two) isn't just another award-worthy pre-teen actor; she's got style to boot.

Perhaps you guys have heard rumblings about the new Anne
Hathaway romcom-ish, "One Day"? The film, an adaptation of David Nicholls'
bestselling book of the same title, recently hit theaters.
The book, which is funny and sad, if maybe not "Great Expectations"-level literature, tells the story of two best friends -- and sometime-star-crossed-lovers -- through the lens of their anniversary of sorts: Each chapter takes place on the anniversary of the day they met, one year after the next.
The movie, however, already has its critics. Some say it's sentimental and degrading to women. Others dismiss it as doing its job as a movie in a "palatable rom-com manner."
We want to know what you think.

Tonight is the night that Kim Kardashian weds Kris Humphries. So far, there have been reports of a bus caravan (what, no helicopters?!) from the Montecito Country Club and surrounding hotels, to a "private estate" where the wedding will take place.
The wedding party will apparently arrive on location in a Rolls Royce and a Jaguar.
So far no word on dress/guests/DJ/etc., but stay tuned...
Zoe Saldana always looks great on the red carpet -- we love her penchant for sweet, colorful dresses that project a sense of effortless style.
It turns out the 33-year-old actress has some great stories to tell, too. (Not that that's a surprise.) In an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live this week, Saldana and Kimmel talked driving in LA, parents using Facebook, and her hard work training for Colombiana!
The movie, which Saldana was promoting on the show, comes out this week.
Just in time for their first anniversary, Hilary Duff and her husband Mike Comrie, the Pittsburgh Penguins hockey player, are expecting their first baby, according to JustJared.com.

We at Tiza love dance movies, so obviously we are open to liking the new Footloose movie.
However, we are not totally 100 percent sold on the new version. Remaking an old classic is never easy, after all, and ostensibly there's got to be something better than -- or different from -- the first version in order for a remake to be exciting.
We're leaving it up to you guys -- are you gearing up to see Julianne Hough and Kenny Wormald when it hits the big-screen on October 14? Or will you opt to rent and re-watch the old version instead?

On Sunday, there was hardly a Hollywood starlet not in attendance at MTV's Teen Choice Awards -- and many of them were wearing light-hued mini-dresses.
Summer! We know! But we have to give credit for the few young ladies who dared to break the mold -- like, for instance, "Pretty Little Liars" star Troian Bellisario, at left, who went the Grecian princess route (a look we can't get enough of -- for now.)

We have pretty clearly expressed our enthusiasm for the highly anticipated film adaptation of the "Hunger Games" trilogy, which will be starring the amazing Jennifer Lawrence (who was nominated for an Oscar for her chilling performance in "Winter's Bone"), as well as Josh Hutcherson, from "The Kids are Alright."
So we're very excited to see these stills from the movie.
We also hear that the film will be scored by T. Bone Burnett (who did Crazy Heart) and Danny Elfman, the longtime collaborator of Tim Burton. Both of these things seem very promising.
The full soundtrack, which will be produced by Burnett, is said to feature "some of music's most successful and acclaimed artists," according to a press release by Lionsgate.

Don't forget to watch tonight's Teen Choice Awards! The program, tonight on 8/7 p.m. central on Fox, will showcase all of your favorite stars -- including the likes of Taylor Swift, Ashton Kutcher, Avril Lavigne, Selena Gomez, Taylor Lautner and Zooey Deschanel.
And in addition to the handout of numerous prestigious surfboards -- the recipients of whom will be determined by the votes cast by more than a hundred million viewers -- a number of stars will be wearing some gorgeous Sherri Hill dresses!

Some of our favorite Glee cast members reunited this summer for the premiere of the Glee 3D premiere, which, as you might imagine, stars the Glee cast doing their thing -- but this time the singing and dancing is going full-on 3D. Yay!

We over at Tiza are very excited for Selena Gomez's new tour, which she just kicked off this summer. And it's not just because Selena has a well-documented history of love for Sherri Hill: She's also a great singer and a seemingly well-adjusted young lady.
Of course, we were super thrilled, then, to see that Selena outfitted the backup dancers on her tour in Sherri Hill Style 2503!
