Glee's back for the third season, and the gleeks have lost no time in taking on the biggest issues of the (school) day: regionals, congressional bids, and most recently, feminism!
Naturally, with feminist-themed story arcs, comes excellent feminist-themed Beyonce jams:
Watch below as the ladies from Glee kill Beyonce's "Run the Word (Girls)":
Teen Vogue's Young Hollywood party is the major fashion event of the season for many among the 18-and-under set: the young stars may not go to many fashion week shows, but they all turn out for the annual mag-sponsored event in Hollywood.
This year, everyone from Modern Family's Sarah Hyland (picturedat left) to Prom's Aimee Teegarden came to the party in their Friday night best.
Check out a few of our favorite looks from the night, after the jump
Saturday Night Live is back after television's summer hiatus -- and with the return of the show comes the inevitable return of host Alec Baldwin. Who was great!
Baldwin's Saturday night hosting gig marked a new record in SNL history: the 30 Rock star has now hosted more than any other celeb.
Steve Martin, the previous title-holder, stopped by the set for a pissing contest. (Almost literally.) Check out the clip below.
The mystique surrounding Christopher Nolan's upcoming Batman movie -- "The Dark Knight Rises" -- has been pretty intense so far.
But now, sneak peaks of both Anne Hathaway and Christian Bale, who are playing Catwoman and Batman in the film, respectively, have been leaked.
We're longtime Batman fans over her -- not to mention purists to the Adam West television show (errr ... we mean, the comic?) -- and we think the duo looks amazing.
Hathaway, at left, rides a major motorcycle as Catwoman. After the jump, check out pictures of the two characters in their full costumed glory.
How would you feel if your boyfriend staged a private viewing of "Titanic" for you -- in a 20,000 person capacity sports arena?
Hint: You would probably feel more than a little like Disney pop princess Selena Gomez, whose rumored boyfriend Justin Bieber arranged such a screening for her in Los Angeles' Staples Center, according to the Daily Mail. (Usually, the Staples Center is where the Lakers play, if that gives you any idea as to its size.)
It's a pretty romantic gesture, to say the least. Would you be thrilled by such a scheme? Or would you feel overwhelmed?
Katy Perry took the stage in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Friday, for Rock in Rio - a Brazilian-based music festival that took place last week.
Throughout the course of her show, the 26-year-old pop star broke out a handful of colorful outfits, including, during her performance of "Last Friday Night," what appears to be a ... long -- and not particularly sexy -- nightgown? (You have to give the girl credit for her seemingly voracious appetite for variety.)
If Perry's Tweets to be believed, she was pretty excited about the performance ahead of time: "I'M READY TO ROCK RIO! 100,000 people tonight! I LOVE YOU BRAZIL... You've waited so long for me so tonight I'm gonna give it to you!!!" she said via Twitter.
Watch the video of her performance, below, and let us know what you think!
By far and away the best moment from Sunday night was when Amy Poehler, upon being announced as a nominee for lead comedy actress, got up and just walked on stage -- a move all her fellow nominees adopted.
Poehler didn't win, unfortunately -- the award went to Mike & Molly's Melissa McCarthy -- but it was hilarious and awesome to see six awesome ladies standing up on stage together.
Did you guys watch the Emmys last night? Overall, we thought the ceremony was a little predictable -- Modern Family won pretty much everything -- but some of the dresses were nice!
We particularly love Amy Poehler's gorgeous metallic dress, as seen at left with her handsome husband, Will Arnett.
After the jump, we've rounded up some of our other favorite looks for the night.
Kendall Jenner, Sherri Hill's newest runway model, chatted with E! before the big runway show this week about her favorite thing about Sherri Hill -- and how much she loved the shoes she was wearing for the show.
(Kendall, at left, gets her makeup done in preparation for the presentation.)
"They're not hard to walk in at all, and I like them; they're cute," she told E!
She also dished about her love for Sherri Hill. "I like how out there it is," Kendall said, of some of the looks. "You can't be really shy to wear her stuff, and I like that."
Kim Kardashian, in the lead-up to the show, talked about how thrilled she was that her sister overcame her fear of strutting the runway. "We are so proud," she said.
Congrats to Kendall for a great debut! And watch the full clip below.
Today, America marks the tenth anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
Throughout the day, President Obama and leaders from around the country have paid tribute to those who died in the attacks -- and tried to find a way to honor their memories. In New York City and Shanksville, Pennsylvania, the president and first lady stopped by memorial sites and talked to the families of the victims. Later this afternoon, the president will also stop by the Pentagon and pay his respects there as well.
It's quiet in New York now, but downtown you can see the memorial light shining from the World Trade Center site. It's a little bit eerie, but beautiful..
Do you guys remember 9/11? What are you doing to commemorate the anniversary?
Lady Gaga was still in high school during the 9/11 attacks, and the New York native recently opened up in an MTV interview about what it was like to be in Manhattan when the Twin Towers fell.
"I mean, there's so many stories that people don't know," she told MTV recently. "I watched the towers fall from the roof of my school, holding all my best friends. I don't know ... just, my affinity and my love and the relationship I have with New York City -- it's like the husband I never married."
What are your 9/11 memories? Share your stories in the comments below.

Taylor Swift is an artist who has prided herself from the very beginning of her career for keeping in good stead with -- and connecting with -- her fans. She's constantly Tweeting, hugging, signing autographs, and indulging, which is undoubtedly part of what makes her so beloved by so many young people.
And if her latest entertainment special is any indication, Ms. Swift isn't letting up on that habit anytime soon: She recently taped a lengthy interview with YouTube as part of its "YouTube Presents" series. In the interview, Taylor talks about everything from her favorite YouTube videos (hint: it involves lion cubs and hugs) to her songwriting process and the definition of an 'Ooo ooo ooo ooo ooo' moment.
Following the cancellation of the CW's "Life Unexpected," the show's star Brittany Robertson is headed to a new show for the series: "The Secret Circle."
Starring Robertson, Thomas Dekker and Shelley Hennig, the show is about 16-year-old Cassie (Robertson), who moves from California to New Salem only to discover she's enrolling in ... a school full of witches.
As in any good tale of witches and warlocks, a dramatic -- and ostensibly magical -- love triangle ensues.
Watch the preview below and let us know if you'll tune in for the September 15 premiere!
