This year's Country Music Awards were a star-studded affair -- and the Southern-skewing crowd sure did get decked out for the affair. 

Taylor Swift, at left, wore a romantic white gown when accepting the crown as "entertainer of the year" -- making her the second woman ever to win that award twice.  

Jason Aldean won Album of the Year for "My Kind of Party" -- which included a duet with Kelly Clarkson, and The Band Perry won single and song of the year for "If I Die Young."  

Meanwhile, we kept track of some of our favorite looks of the night.

If you are at all familiar with this blog, then you probably know by now how much we love Miranda Lambert. The country music star has killer pipes -- and incredible taste in fashion.

So we couldn't be happier about the news the award-winning artist this weekend tied the knot with boyfriend Blake Shelton! 

According to People magazine, the couple got hitched Saturday night at the a San Antonio, Texas-area ranch. And there were some high-profile friends in tow for the big event: Guests included Katherine Heigl and Josh Kelley, Reba McIntyre and Kelly Clarkson. 

The musically-inclined couple (Shelton is a judge on the television show "The Voice") have been dating for six years, and he apparently proposed last May in Lambert's Oklahoma hometown.

Congratulations to the happy couple! We can't wait to see what the lovely duo wore to the wedding! 

Sherri Hill broke out not one but four gorgeous Sherri Hill gowns at the annual Country Music Awards earlier this year -- and she took home four awards! 

Now, one of the gowns is sitting pretty in the Country Music Hall of Fame, in Nashville, Tennessee (see the custom Sherri Hill gown on left), along with Miranda's manuscripts!

We're so happy for Miranda's incredible success -- and so honored she chooses to wear Sherri Hill at such special times in her life! 

We're major fans of the rising country starlet Katie Armiger here at Tiza.

So how thrilled were we when Katie, the 19-year-old country singer from Sugar Land, Texas, chose to wear a Sherri Hill frock on the cover of her upcoming album, "Confessions of a Nice Girl"?!

(Answer: Very.)

I have to say that, at least initially, I'm more a fan of "Me & Tennessee" (which is a duet with Tim McGraw and which I believe Paltrow's husband Chris Martin, of Coldplay, wrote) than of the eponymous "Country Strong" -- Paltrow's main solo vehicle in the film.
