o-paranormal-activity-3-in-theaters-halloween-2011.jpg"Paranormal Activity 3" came out this weekend, and apparently Americans aren't afraid of a little creepiness -- the film grossed a record-setting $54 million, and breaking its own record from last year.

According to an account by the Associated Press, the film is framed as a prequel to the previous two Paranormal installments -- and it's helmed by the same directors responsible for "Catfish," a strange, unexpected, and thoroughly eerie documentary. (Any more info would be a spoiler.)

So, are you psyched to scream your head off at the latest Paranormal flick? (It is, after all, Halloween season.) Or will you skip it and opt for something cozy -- and a little bit less howl-inducing -- at instead?

We have few doubts that you guys have all been closely tracking the latest updates in the "Twilight: Breaking Dawn" epic. So you'll undoubtedly be happy to hear that there's a new update on the way -- a 16-second sneak preview of the upcoming film!

This clip, posted by Yahoo, shows a glimpse of post-honeymoon life for Bella and Edward -- including shots of Bella looking pregnant, baby bump and all. Weirded out by Bella's gaunt look? Well, she's pregnant with a vampire child, after all -- what else would you expect?

Check out the clip below!

Footloose -- see it or skip it?

Screen shot 2011-08-14 at 4.36.21 PM.pngWe at Tiza love dance movies, so obviously we are open to liking the new Footloose movie.

However, we are not totally 100 percent sold on the new version. Remaking an old classic is never easy, after all, and ostensibly there's got to be something better than -- or different from -- the first version in order for a remake to be exciting.

We're leaving it up to you guys -- are you gearing up to see Julianne Hough and Kenny Wormald when it hits the big-screen on October 14? Or will you opt to rent and re-watch the old version instead?

Watch the trailer below and let us know what you think!

Oh man, it is hot out there. In New York, temperatures are near-record breaking at 103 degrees. We can't even fathom how our Southern friends must be faring in this blistering heat. Needless to say, it's the perfect weather for seeing a movie. And "Captain America," the first film in what will ultimately be the big box office "Avengers" franchise, is capitalizing off of that traffic: The film raked in $26.6 million on its first day.

Still, superhero films aren't for everyone. The movie, a WWII-era action flick, is battling it out at the box office with the Justin Timberlake-Mila Kunis rom-com "Friends with Benefits."

Check out the Captain America trailer below. What do you think? Is it worth the $12.50?

In case you hadn't heard, Bridesmaids came out this weekend. The movie, co-written by and starring Kristen Wiig, has caused a major hubbub in certain circles -- because not that many funny movies by and about (but like, really about) funny ladies come out that often, and people were really banking on this one doing well.

Well hey, guess what?! It did! Bridesmaids has gotten roundly amazing reviews and is set to rake in about $21 million this weekend -- coming in second place only to Thor, an enormous-budget summer superhero flick. (Which, critically speaking, is said to be nowhere close to Bridesmaids, quality-wise.)

Why did Bridesmaids do so well? Duh! It's funny! It's about smart, funny, original women characters who are concerned with things other than their boyfriends, and it is so hilarious that it will make you cry. Pretty self-explanatory, right?

Did you see the movie? Let us know what you thought! (Any thoughts on the over-the-top bridal wear?)

Hathaway, along with James Franco the co-host of the 83rd annual awards ceremony, rocked an entire wardrobe of amazing gowns by designers like Valentino, Givenchy, Oscar de la Renta and Armani.

But you don't need to spend a fortune to mirror Hathaway's look: Check out Sherri Hill's red strapless gown (style 2309, pictured below, left) for an equally high-fashion dress at a tiny fraction of the price.

bieber.jpgAt this week's Critics' Choice Awards, nothing shocked fans so much as... Justin Bieber's moustache.

But his ensemble wasn't the only one that got people talking.

After the jump, take a look at our roundup of the best-dressed stars of the evening.

And let us know which looks were your favorites!

Awards season has officially begun - and so commences the round of pre-Oscar, pre-Golden Globe ceremonies, while maybe bear slightly less influence in the film world, still provide some valuable insight into what one may expect from similar ceremonies in the coming months - both in terms of award-winners and red-carpet trends. This week, the stars came out for the People's Choice Awards.

Here are some of our favorite looks from the red-carpet. And one or two stars we think could have benefited from a quick trip to Tiza.com!

Taylor Swift, at left, looked fairy-princess-esque in a pink, frothy J. Mendel frock. Not her most sophisticated look, maybe, but if anyone can rock the fairytale-glam look, it's Swift!

Check out more looks from the event after the jump.
