Justin Bieber has a new song out -- and it's going to be responsible for a lot of pre-teen heartbreak. The teenage pop star is working on a new video, for a song called "U Smile," wherein the young heartthrob becomes smitten with a fan. "So the video is that story -- I meet a fan, and I fall for her," he Tweeted recently.  "[S]o when u watch tonight think that could be us."

This weekend, Justin Bieber crossed off yet another achievement on the pop star "must do" list: The Epic Dance-Off. Unfortunately, young Bieber is not yet old enough to go clubbing, so the dance-off took place at a bowling alley -- but, you know, a jazzy one! -- but since his dance-off adversary, Will Smith's son Jaden, is equally underaged, it was the perfect locale. Though the contest was alleged to be a close one, word on the street is that Bieber pulled out all of the stops -- aka the moonwalk -- and claimed victory. 

16-year-old pop star Justin Bieber has been nominated for all sorts of awards; like Taylor Swift, the young pop phenom cannot stop making people love him. But the underage Canadian with the luscious bangs has just been nomination for an honor that would make his swagger coach proud -- a BET Award for Best New Artist. Other noms for the award include Wale, Melanie Fiona, and Young Money. BET -- short for Black Entertainment Television -- usually honors black musicians, but awards officials decided that Bieber was enough of a cross-over artist to merit the nom. "Bieber has crossed the color boundaries the same way that hip-hop has crossed the boundaries the other way for a number of years," said Steven Hill, BET's President of Music Programing and Specials.
