Last week we told you all about model Flaviana Matata's foundation to help young Tanzanian women -- which, by the way, we think is incredibly inspiring and amazing. This week, the gorgeous young Tanzanian woman is back on our radar -- and not just because she's wearing a Sherri Hill design!

Usher's New Look Foundation, which was established in 1999, certifies young people in four leadership pillars - talent, education, career and service - to help them on their roads to success as leaders throughout the world.
This year, the World Leadership conference took place in Atlanta, and Flaviana showed up to lend her support and encourage America's rising generation of young leaders.
Kudos to Flaviana - and everyone involved in the UNLF - for making a difference.

Newly-crowned Miss World -- aka the 18-year-old Alexandria Mills -- is already traveling the globe to fulfill her duties as the queen: The Louisville, Kentucky native recently made a trip to Manila, Philippines, to visit young cancer patients at the city's Ospital ng Makati.
Mills made the trip with Botswana's Emma Wareus, who was first runner up to Mills in the recent Miss World competition, and the two visited with two young boys who have Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). We hope they were able to provide some cheer and company to the young patients.
Keep up the good work, ladies!
Alexandria Mills, the first American to take the title of Miss World, might already be facing a Carrie Prejean-like scandal: Radar Online reports that there are some rather...unprofessional pictures of her making the internet circuits. The Kentucky-born 18-year-old, who has signed with the modeling agency Elite, beat out 115 other girls for the crown last month in Sanya, China. But if things go the way they did for Prejean, she may not get to hold on to it for long.
What do you guys think? If the rumors are indeed true (and Radar says that the website has seen and verified the authenticity of the photos) should the young woman be castigated? Or is this stuff none of our business?
