Last week we told you all about model Flaviana Matata's foundation to help young Tanzanian women -- which, by the way, we think is incredibly inspiring and amazing. This week, the gorgeous young Tanzanian woman is back on our radar -- and not just because she's wearing a Sherri Hill design!

Usher's New Look Foundation, which was established in 1999, certifies young people in four leadership pillars - talent, education, career and service - to help them on their roads to success as leaders throughout the world.
This year, the World Leadership conference took place in Atlanta, and Flaviana showed up to lend her support and encourage America's rising generation of young leaders.
Kudos to Flaviana - and everyone involved in the UNLF - for making a difference.
