| Shipping Policy |
If the item you order is currently in stock and is ordered on a business day, it will be available within 24 hours of your purchase. In the event that the color or size that you ordered is out of stock and we are not able to deliver by the desired wear date, you will be notified by a Tiza staff member.
The day that you receive your order will depend on the shipping method that you choose during checkout as well as the item destination. Standard shipping is three to five business days. We ship items as soon as possible, however, sometimes Overnight or 2nd Day shipping does not guarantee that the item will arrive at that time. We ship items as soon as possible using your selected shipping method. We will be in contact with you concerning the status of the item.
Please keep in mind that as a special occasion store , many of our customers order their items long before their event. Tiza will continue to offer some products and items that take extra time to prepare for shipment. |

| Payment Options |
Our checkout center requires your credit card information at the time of purchase. At the time of your sale, only our credit card processor will Authorize your credit card account. This verifies that the required funds are available to make your purchase. Once Tiza.com is confident that the funds are available, we will charge your credit card for the totaled amount. Paypal is also accepted on our site for those who have a Verified Paypal account. |

| Returns/Exchanges |
Due to the nature of the items sold, Tiza.com will not accept returns on any items. *We can exchange items for a different color or size in the same style, but we cannot guarantee that the item will be available. Note: During the months of March, April and May, exchanges may take two weeks or longer, but often happen right away. Tiza.com does not exchange items after the wear date given by the customer during checkout (if one is given)
*We cannot take returns or exchanges on Sherri Hill pageant dresses over $1,000 because they are custom made for each order.
If you find fault in the workmanship of the gown, it is required that you contact us within three days of the dress delivery to your address. Also, items that arrive damaged may only be exchanged for the same style. All exchanges must be accompanied by an Exchange Authorization Number that you can request from Tiza staff via e-mail. Please make the number clearly visible outside of the box in which you are returning the item.

| Canceling Your Order |
| We do not authorize cancellations of orders after the item has been shipped or special ordered. In order to avoid such event where you would choose to cancel an order, we encourage all customers to refrain from ordering the item until he/she is positive that he/she want s the item. |

| International Orders |
Tiza.com also accepts order from outside the United States. If you have any trouble placing your order, lease don't hesitate to email us. For details about international orders please click here.
Note that non-U.S. countries may require an import tax when you order one of our products. It is your responsibility to be familiar with your countries tax requirements and be prepared to pay them.
Tiza.com is not able to keep track of every country's tax and import duty rates as the often change. We believe the UK VAT to be 17.5% and 12% added duty as tax. For EU shipping we believe 12% duty is added as tax. These are not numbers we can guarantee and it is your responsibility to check this for yourself if you want to know before the dress arrives. For other countries we have no information at this time. |

| Dress Availability |
| Dress availability can change daily as prom season hits its peak. Make your selection as early as possible. We have a very large inventory of prom dresses that is constantly replenished throughout the year. If we are temporarily sold out of your dress choice, a specific size or color after you’ve ordered, we will notify you immediately. |

| Wear Date |
| In the Tiza.com checkout center there is a spot for the customer to enter the wear date of their item. Here the customer should indicate the last day that they are willing to receive his/her order. If Tiza.com is unable to deliver by this date, you will be notified by e-mail that the order was canceled. If you pay for Standard Shipping, please note that delivery will take three to five business days within the continental U.S. We suggest that you request expedited shipping if you need your dress at a sooner date. |
